Eggs Dorado Recipe

1 can (1 pound) tomatoes
1 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 pound shredded American process cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons bacon fat
1/4 pound cut-up dried beef
4 hard rolls, split and toasted
Directions
In a bowl, mix tomatoes with chili powder, cheese and eggs.
