Eggs Delmonico Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tbsp. minced pimiento
1/4 cup grated cheese
4 hard-cooked eggs, cut in quarters
2 slices toast paprika parsley
Directions
Heat soup over low heat.
Stir in pimiento and cheese.
Carefully fold in eggs.
Continue cooking over low heat until cheese is melted.
