Eggs Chef K Style Recipe
Ingredients
| 8-7.5 cm baked blind tart shells | ||
| 250 ml cooked crayfish tails or shrimp meat | ||
| 250 ml grated medium cheddar cheese | ||
| Eggs | 8 | |
| 375 ml hot cheese sauce | ||
| 30 ml red caviar | ||
| 30 ml black caviar | ||
Directions
Place the crayfish tails into the tart shells.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated 400°F (200°C ) oven for 4-5 minutes.
While shells bake, poach the eggs.
Place 1 egg in each tart shell.
Cover with cheese sauce, sprinkle with caviar and serve at once.
