Eggs Caviar Recipe

Ingredients
| Hard boiled eggs | 6 | |
| 1 tablespoon black or red caviar | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Watercress | 1 Bunch (100gm) | |
Directions
Cut the eggs in half, lengthways.
Cut a thin slice off the bottom of each half so that the stuffed eggs will have a flat bottom.
Remove the yolks and press them through a strainer into a bowl.
With a fork, beat the caviar, lemon juice and cayenne into the yolks.
Spoon the mixture into the egg whites.
Arrange on a serving dish and chill for 30 minutes.
Garnish with the watercress and serve.
