Everyday Eggs Benedict Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 12 | |
| 12 thin slices cooked ham | ||
| English muffins | 12 , cut in half | |
| 1 cup Hollandaise Sauce | ||
Directions
Poach eggs in an egg poacher or large skillet.
While eggs are poaching, make Hollandaise Sauce .
When eggs have finished cooking, place piece of ham on each buttered muffin round.
Top each with a poached egg.
Top with Hollandaise Sauce.
