| 4 eggs, egg substitute, or egg whites | ||
| English muffins | 2 , toasted | |
| Turkey breast slice | 4 | |
| Parsley | 10 Gram | |
Directions
Prepare BUTTER BUDS® "Hollandaise" Sauce.
Poach eggs.
Cover each English muffin half with a turkey slice; top with poached egg.
Spoon 2 tablespoons "Hollandaise" Sauce over each egg.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
