Ingredients

 Asparagus spears package1 , frozen
 2 English muffins, split and toasted
 Ham slice4
 Eggs4 Small, poached
 Hollandaise Sauce

Directions

Microwave asparagus in package for 3 minutes.
Open and rearrange asparagus spears.
Close package and microwave an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain.
Place 1 muffin half on each of 4 plates with 1 slice ham on each muffin.
Arrange asparagus on top of ham, dividing equally between servings.
microwave 2 at a time, uncovered, 45 to 60 seconds.
Top with poached egg and Hollandaise Sauce
