 8 thin slices cooked ham

 1 1/2 cups Hollandaise Sauce

Directions

Split muffins.
Lay muffin halves and ham slices on broiler rack.
Toast muffins and broil ham under broiler element.
Poach eggs.
Butter toasted muffins, top with slice of ham then with a poached egg.
Spoon Hollandaise Sauce over.
Sprinkle with chopped pars ley.
