Directions

Combine the margarine, flour, salt, pepper, and milk in a saucepan; stir to thoroughly blend.
Cook and stir until mixture just starts to thicken.
Stir in the cheese; cook until cheese melts.
Divide evenly among 6 shell baking dishes; allow to cool slightly to thicken.
With the back of the spoon, make a hollow or indentation in the cheese sauce and break 1 egg in each.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place filled shells on a baking sheet.
Cover lightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs jare firm but not hard.
