Eggs And Crab Meat Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Crab meat | 1/2 pound, canned | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 6 | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Scallions | 1 , thinly sliced |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the crab for 1 minute.
2) Add the sprouts, salt and pepper.
3) Cook for 2 minutes more, mixing constantly.
FINALIZING
4) In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs, say sauce and scallions.
5) Pour the egg mixture over the crab meat.
6) Cook the mixture until the eggs set, stirring once or twice.
SERVING
7) Serve Eggs And Crab Meat hot with fried rice or noodles.
8) Can also be served with toasted bread as an appetizer.
