4 chicken livers
 
4 eggs
 
4 tsp 2% milk
 
Salt and freshly ground
 
Pepper to taste
 
Paprika

Directions

Place chicken livers in a small skillet.
Add a small amount of water, simmer until livers are thoroughly cooked; drain.
Cut livers into small pieces.
Divide among 4 well-oiled ramekins, baking shells, or custard cups; break an egg over the liver pieces in each ramekin.
Add 1 T. (15 mL) milk to each cup; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until set to desired doneness
