 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley minced
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Curry powder2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Milk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 6 hard cooked eggs, quartered
 Two 10 oz. pkg. Frozen asparagus
 Whole wheat slice6 , buttered

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onions and cook gently until tender.
Sprinkle in flour, curry powder, salt and pepper and cook gently, stirring, until blended and bubbling.
Remove from heat and add milk all at once.
Stir until blended, return to moderate heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
Add eggs and heat very gently.
Cook asparagus according to package directions.
Drain well.
Put slices of toast on serving plates.
Top with asparagus and spoon egg mixture over all
