Eggs A La Russe Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved lengthwise | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili Sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Green olives | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Chives | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Dash of Tabasco sauce | ||
| Lemon juice to taste | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) On each of the 6 small plates, place 2 egg halves with the cut side down.
2) In a bowl, mix rest of the ingredients and spoon the mixture over the egg halves.
SERVING
3) Garnish with fresh watercress sprigs and serve in a nice plate.
