Eggs A La Russe Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 hard-cooked eggs cut in halves lengthwise | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili Sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon chopped onion or shallots | ||
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green olives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Lay the eggs cut side down on a flat serving dish.
Mix the remaining ingredients well, or put them in a jar and shake them hard, and pour over the eggs.
Chill thoroughly and garnish with small lettuce leaves.
