Eggs A La Russe Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Stuffed olives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dried chives | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 Dash | |
| 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except eggs.
Chill.
For each serving, arrange 2 egg halves flat side down on dish; top with about 1/4 cup sauce.
