Eggplant with red sauce and pinenuts Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
1 Eggplant
 
Cornstarch
 
1 tsp sugar
 
Salt to taste
 
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
 
Half glass water
 
Pinenuts for garnishing
 
Oil

Directions

Heat a pan and put some water, tomato ketchup, sugar and salt, red chili powder and let it boil.
Mix cornstarch in water and add it to pan. Stir it well.
Heat wok full of oil.
Slice eggplant in cubes. Fry eggplant until slightly golden brown.
Fry pine nuts.
Put eggplant in a serving dish, sprinkle chaat masala, sauce and pine nuts.
Serve hot.
