| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Micro-cook, uncovered, till hot, about 8 minutes.
Stir.
Combine eggs and egg yolk.
Gradually stir 7 cup of the hot mixture into beaten egg mixture.
Return to hot mixture.
Micro-cook, uncovered, 2 minutes more, stirring once.
Beat egg white and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla till soft peaks form; gradually add the 2 tablespoons sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
Pour eggnog into mugs.
Top with small dollops of the egg white mixture.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
