Eggnog Macaroon Molds Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups canned or dairy eggnog | ||
| Cookies | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rum | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Maraschino cherries | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 8 maraschino cherries with stems | ||
Directions
In saucepan, combine gelatin, sugar, and egg-nog.
Heat to dissolve gelatin.
Stir in cookie crumbs and rum.
Chill till partially set.
Whip cream; fold into eggnog mixture.
Fold in sliced cherries.
Pour into individual 1/2-cup molds.
Chill till firm.
Unmold into serving bowls.
Garnish with whole cherries and additional cookie crumbs, if desired.
