Ingredients

 Fruit cocktail1 Can (10oz)
 2 envelopes plain gelatin
 Mandarin oranges1 Can (10oz), cut in half
 Flaked coconut1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 1/2 cups dairy eggnog
 Dash of nutmeg

Directions

Drain fruit, saving juice.
Soften gelatin in juice and melt over hot water.
Combine with rest of ingredients.
Turn into 5-cup mold and chill until firm.
This is very good to serve from Thanksgiving to New Years when eggnog is available.
Has a delicious taste.
When serving at Christmastime, a few extra maraschino cherries cut in half may be added.
The extra red color makes it look more festive."
