Eggnog Holiday Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups commercial eggnog | ||
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fruit | 1 Cup (16 tbs), candied | |
| 2 tablespoons rum or rum flavoring | ||
| Yellow or white cake | ||
Directions
1. Combine eggnog and cornstarch in medium mixing bowl; mix well.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 4 minutes; beat until smooth. Stir in fruit and rum; continue cooking on ROAST for 3 to 4 minutes. Spoon over cake.
