Eggnog Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Vanilla | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Half and Half | 0.5 , chilled | |
| Whipped cream - 1/2 cup or dessert topping - 1/2 cup, optional | ||
| Nutmeg - as needed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a blender jar with stirring blades, put together egg, sugar, milk, vanilla and salt; process for 4-6 seconds until well mixed.
2. Stir in milk or half and half.
SERVING
3. Serve Eggnog in glasses or punch cups.
4. Garnish with dessert topping or a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
