Eggnog Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg | 1 | |
| Few grains salt | ||
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla essence to taste | ||
| 1/2 pt. hot or cold milk | ||
Directions
Beat the egg and sugar very thoroughly and then pour on the milk.
Flavour to taste adding a little grated nutmeg if liked, and 2 Tbs. sherry or other wine.
