Egg vegetable noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Chinese noodles package | 1 | |
| Vegetable oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 finely cut onion | ||
| 1/2 cup chopped vegetables- carrot , cabbage and peas | ||
| 1 handful spring onions finely cut | ||
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| 6 small pieces of cooked chicken pieces (optional) | ||
| Soy sauce | 5 Teaspoon | |
| White vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pinch ajinomotto (optional) | ||
| Pepper powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce | ||
| 1/2 tsp salt more or less | ||
Directions
* In a big pan take 8-10 cups of water put the noodles little salt and 1 spoon oil and boil till noodles is cooked like around 8 mins, drain off the water.
* In the same pan pour oil, onion fry till light brown then add the vegetablee and fry in medium flame for 4 mins.
* add 2 tsp soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and ajinomotto, salt, and fry till vegetables are 3/4 th cooked. Then add the cooked egg noodles, 3 tsp soy sauce , pepper powder, cooked chicken pieces (optional) and mix all, if needed add salt.
* Last make the eggs into scrambled eggs and add them too and mix once.
* Egg vegetable noodles is ready.
* In the same pan pour oil, onion fry till light brown then add the vegetablee and fry in medium flame for 4 mins.
