Egg Timbales Recipe
Ingredients
| Fat | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), scalded | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Eggs | 3 Small | |
| Cayenne- as required | ||
| Celery salt | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Now make a white sauce of the fat, flour, and milk, and add the egg yolks, slightly beaten
3.Also add all the seasonings, and then fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites
4.In greased baking dishes, fill two thirds full of the mixture
5.In a pan of hot water, set dishes and poach in a slow oven until firm
6.Once poached completely arrange on a platter
