 Hard boiled eggs2
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon lemon rind
 Lemon juice4 Tablespoon
 Dash nutmeg
 Egg yolk1
 Onion1 Tablespoon
 2 tablespooons butter
 Flour1 Tablespoon (Cream Sauce:)
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Cream Sauce:)
 Cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Cream Sauce:)
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon (Cream Sauce:)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Make a cream sauce by melting the butter and adding the flour and then the milk and cream slowly, cook until it thickens and season with salt and pepper and paprika.
Return to heat and add the Worcestershire sauce, lemon rind, lemon juice, nutmeg and onion juice and hard boiled eggs and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the beaten egg yolks just before serving.
