Egg Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Hard boiled eggs | 2 | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon lemon rind | ||
| Lemon juice | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Dash nutmeg | ||
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespooons butter | ||
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon (Cream Sauce:) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Cream Sauce:) | |
| Cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Cream Sauce:) | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon (Cream Sauce:) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Make a cream sauce by melting the butter and adding the flour and then the milk and cream slowly, cook until it thickens and season with salt and pepper and paprika.
Return to heat and add the Worcestershire sauce, lemon rind, lemon juice, nutmeg and onion juice and hard boiled eggs and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the beaten egg yolks just before serving.
