Ingredients

 Hard boiled egg4 , chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Water1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
 Coriander1 Tablespoon (For garnish)
 Oil1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
 Onion1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning)
 Tomato1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning)
 Garam masala1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
 Onion1 (For Grinding)
 Coconut5 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Grinding)
 Garlic4 (For Grinding)
 Coriander stalk1⁄4 (For Grinding)
 Roasted gram1 Teaspoon (For Grinding)
 Ginger1 Inch (For Grinding)
 Powder1 Teaspoon (For Grinding)
 Water1 Tablespoon (Adjust the quantity of water, grind to smooth paste and keep aside)

Directions

In a pan put oil,when it is hot.
Add onion and fry till it turns to golden brown.
Then add eggs and tomato and fry till become mash.
Now add grind masala,garam masala,salt,water(little) and allow bubbles to come.
When it is completely cooked pour to serving bowl and garnish with coriander.
Eat with hot rice,chapati,roti.

wen the sambar is boiling remove the shell n put eggs in it n leave it for 10 min,,,done...
