| Hard boiled egg | 4 , chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Water | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed) | |
| Coriander | 1 Tablespoon (For garnish) | |
| Oil | 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning) | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning) | |
| Garam masala | 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning) | |
| Onion | 1 (For Grinding) | |
| Coconut | 5 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Grinding) | |
| Garlic | 4 (For Grinding) | |
| Coriander stalk | 1⁄4 (For Grinding) | |
| Roasted gram | 1 Teaspoon (For Grinding) | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch (For Grinding) | |
| Powder | 1 Teaspoon (For Grinding) | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon (Adjust the quantity of water, grind to smooth paste and keep aside) |
Directions
In a pan put oil,when it is hot.
Add onion and fry till it turns to golden brown.
Then add eggs and tomato and fry till become mash.
Now add grind masala,garam masala,salt,water(little) and allow bubbles to come.
When it is completely cooked pour to serving bowl and garnish with coriander.
Eat with hot rice,chapati,roti.

wen the sambar is boiling remove the shell n put eggs in it n leave it for 10 min,,,done...
