Ingredients

 Hard cooked eggs6 , shelled and chopped
 Mayonnaise1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Chopped parsley2 Tablespoon
 Small curd cottage cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chopped celery1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Chopped chives/Sweet onion/ scallions2 Tablespoon
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Paprika1
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a large bowl gently combine all ingredients, except egg, until thoroughly mixed.
Gently fold in eggs.
Chill.
Just before serving sprinkle with paprika.
