Ingredients

 Mayonnaise or cooked salad dressing - 1/3 cup
 Sweet gherkins - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
 Onion2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Juice from sweet gherkins - 1 1/2 tablespoons
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Prepared mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Hard-cooked eggs - 6, chopped (about 2 1/4 cups)
 Crisp lettuce
 Buns4 Large, buttered

Directions

MAKING
1) In medium bowl, place mayonnaise, gherkins, onion, parsley, gherkin juice, salt, mustard, and pepper; mix well.
2) Add eggs, mix well until well blended.

SERVING
3) Place lettuce on on portion of bun and spoonful of egg salad.
4) Cover the bun with another portion and serve with ketchup.
