Egg Rissoles Recipe
Egg Rissoles has a Distinctive taste.The Eggs and Flour gives the Egg Rissoles Great taste.
Ingredients
3 shelled hard boiled eggs
1 cup thick white sauce
1 finely chopped green chilli
1/8 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 finely chopped stick of celery
1 tsp lime juice
Salt and pepper
Flour
2 beaten eggs
4-6 tsp dry breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying
TO GARNISH:
100 gms potato wafers (crisps)
Directions
Chop hard-boiled eggs and mix with the rest of the ingredients up to and including salt and pepper.
Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Oil the palm of your hand and make rissoles (rolls 4 x 1 1/2 ).
Roll the rissoles in flour, then in egg and lastly in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil until smoking then lower the heat and deep fry rissoles quickly until golden.
