Egg Nog Recipe
The taste of this very Egg Nog recipe has played on my senses so much that I seldom consider any other recipe of Egg Nog. You can serve Egg Nog as a yummy Side Dish. In my estimation, if one calls oneself a good cook, one ought to have a personal recipe of Egg Nog, just like I do.
Ingredients
6 Eggs
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Pint Cream, whipped
1 Pint Milk
1 Pint Whiskey, optional
1 Oz. Rum
Directions
Beat yolks and whites separately.
Add 1/2 cup sugar to yolks while beating.
Add 1/4 cup sugar to whites after beaten stiff.
Mix yolks with whites.
Stir in milk, whipped cream, whiskey and rum.
Let set for at least 2 hours.
Stir before serving.
Top with nutmeg while setting.
