Egg Halwa Recipe

Ingredients
Condensed milk - 3/4 tin
Eggs - 6, lightly beaten
Honey - 1/4cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Almonds - 50 gm (blanched and grounded)
Raisins - 50 gm
Directions
MAKING
1 In a heavy bottomed pan, add all the ingredients, except the almonds and raisins.
2 Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3 Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
SERVING
4 Scatter the almonds and raisins on top and serve hot.
5 You can also choose to refrigerate the halwa and serve it cold.
