4 cups chicken stock
 
6 eggs
 
2 teaspoons soy sauce
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1 stalk scallion, finely chopped

Directions

Heat chicken stock in a saucepan, beat eggs well and pour in a thin stream into the soup, stirring constantly.
