Ingredients
2 eggs
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2. teaspoon salt
2 cans (13 3/4 oz. each) chicken broth
2 soup cans water
2 tablespoons chopped watercress
Directions
In a small bowl, beat together eggs and soy sauce.
Stir in flour and salt until smooth.
Set aside.
Pour broth and 2 soup cans of hot tap water into a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 16 to 18 minutes or until broth comes to a boil.
Press egg mixture through a colander into hot broth.
Stir until egg drops are set.
Garnish with watercress and serve.
