Ingredients
4 Cups rich chicken stock
2 Tbl.sp. cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup cold water.
1 Egg, lightly beaten
3-4 Tbl.sp. sliced spring onions, pea pods or coarsely
chopped spinach.
Directions
Heat chicken stock to a simmer.
Slowly stir in cornstarch mixture.
Simmer for about 5 mins.
Turn off heat.
Stir stock while slowly adding the beaten egg in a thin stream.
This will make egg threads, or drops.
Just prior to serving, sprinkle on greens.
