Ingredients
Eggs - 5
onion - 1 slit into thin strips
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon Stick - 1/2 inch piece
Green chillies - 3 slit lengthwise
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
Milk - 5 tbs
Turmeric powder, chilli powder & salt - as per requirement
Directions
Heat oil in wok, when hot, add mustard seeds & allow them to splutter; Then add cumin seeds, cloves, green chillies, onions & saute until onions turn golden brown.
Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, milk & mix well.
Add Eggs, scramble them & cover for a minute.
Serve Hot.

Adding Milk to Egg makes it more fluffier. The same applies while making an omlette too. Add a few drops of milk & u will find that your omlette is more fluffier or rather has more volume.

Snigdha it's meaning is FAT category food or I can explain it in simple term is Clarified butter or Cheese is Fat category food. Such Category known as Snigdha in Indian language.
