Egg Bhujia Recipe
Fried egg with onion and green chili an excellent taste.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 6 Egg
- 1 chopped finely Onion
- 8 chopped finely Green Chili
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Peppercorns (powder)
Directions
1. Beat egg well. Add salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil. Add chopped onion and green chili. Fry to light golden brown.
3. Add beaten egg. Cook for about a minute. Stir and mix egg mixture thoroughly and fry to light brown
