Egg And Shrimp Mayonnaise Recipe
Egg and shrimp mayonnaise is a prepared dressing of mayonniase along with cooked eggs and shrimps. Made to be served with bread rolls or toast, this egga dn shrimp mayonnaise makes a hearty snack.
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hard boiled eggs | 6 | |
| Lettuce | 1 | |
| Shrimps | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen) | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 | |
| Brown bread/Bread rolls | 6 |
Directions
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder and chill for 1 hour.
Shell and cut the hard boiled eggs in halves and arrange rounded side up on crisp lettuce.
Fold the shrimps into the mayonnaise and spoon over the eggs.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with rolls or thinly sliced buttered brown bread.
