Egg And Chips Recipe
This Egg And Chips recipe is easily right at the top of my most loved recipe list. It is an ideal Side Dish. In my view, if one calls oneself a good cook, one must have a personal recipe of Egg And Chips, just like I do.
Ingredients
2 c. crushed potato chips
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spread 1 cup potato chips in 1-quart greased casserole; add eggs.
Blend soup, milk and onion; season with salt and pepper.
Pour over eggs; sprinkle with remaining potato chips.
Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly.
