Egg And Baked Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped and chilled | ||
| Pork and beans | 1 Can (10oz), chilled | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Chili Sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Bacon Slices | 3 , crumbled (Salad greens) | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, minced (Salad greens) | |
Directions
Mix eggs, beans, and onion.
Combine chili sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add to egg mixture.
Place in chilled salad bowl lined with salad greens.
Just before serving, sprinkle bacon and parsley over top.
