Egg, Tomato And Rice Pie Recipe
Ingredients

| Rice | 340 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cheese | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Tomatoes | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Green peppers | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Parsley sauce 295 ml. | ||
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Butter | 10 Gram (For 4) | |

| Milk | 295 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Refined flour | 15 Gram (For 4) | |
| Butter | 15 Gram (For 4) | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Bunch (100gm) (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Boil rice.
2. Chop garlic and onions fine. Fry in melted fat.
3. Mix rice with parsley sauce, pepper, salt, fried onions and garlic.
4. Lay in pyrex dish with sliced eggs, sliced tomatoes and chopped green peppers.
5. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
6. Bake at 175° C (350° F) for 15 minutes.
Parsley sauce
1. Prepare white sauce. Add finely chopped parsley.
2. Chop garlic and onions fine. Fry in melted fat.
3. Mix rice with parsley sauce, pepper, salt, fried onions and garlic.
