Egg Salad Sandwich Filling Recipe

| Hard-cooked eggs-4 medium,, finely chopped | ||
| Sweet relish pickles | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Celery or green pepper-1/4 cup, minced | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Reduced calorie mayonnaise-3 tablespoons | ||
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, pickles, celery, parsley, and mayonnaise.
2) Adjust the seasoning and add dry mustard. Give it a good mix.
SERVING
