 4 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
 1/3 cup homemade mayonnaise
 Curry powder1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Tablespoon, grated
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Cucumber1/4 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
 Whole wheat pita4 , cut in half
 Alfalfa sprouts1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, curry, onion, salt, parsley, and cucumber in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well.
2. Fill the pita pockets with the mixture. Top with the sprouts.
