Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 hard-cooked eggs | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Onion | 1/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Crisp lettuce | ||
| Water cress | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Chop the eggs; mix with the celery, onion and parsley. Blend with mayonnaise.
