Ingredients
8 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp pickle relish, chopped
5 tbsp mayonnaise/ miracle whip
Directions
1. Peel the eggs and chop the eggs with a fork.
2. Add onion, pickled relish and mix it.
3. Add mayonnaise. Mix it well.
4. Serve it with lettuce, salad or in a sandwich.
