Egg Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Pulao rice 500 gm. | ||
| Eggs | 4 (For 4) | |
| Fat | 50 Gram (For 4) | |
| Spring onions | 50 Gram (For 4) | |
| Peppercorns | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cloves | 6 (For 4) | |
| Cinnamon a small piece | ||
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Wash and boil the rice, adding cinnamon, cloves, salt and peppercorns.
2. Keep the rice warm till you prepare the eggs.
3. Beat the eggs well (white first and then add the yolk), chop onion with leaves.
4. Heat fat; saute onions. Add well Deaten eggs, cook for a minute or two.
5. Add rice and stir well. Remove and serve hot
