GETTING READY
1.Slice the tomatoes
2.Whisk the eggs and keep ready.

MAKING
3.Add corn flour in a bowl and add salt, water, oil and mix well to make a soft dough.
4.In a baking tray, flatten the dough.
5.Pour the whisked eggs over the dough and place the sliced tomato over it.
6.Now add the second layer of the dough over the tomatoes, covering it all.
7.Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

SERVING
8.Serve with a sauce of your choice.
