Egg Noodles Abruzzi Recipe

This Egg Noodles Abruzzi tastes fantastic ! I love to lap up every bit of this noodles with spicy lamb sauce with seasonings poured over. Try this Egg Noodles Abruzzi and let me know if you like it !

Ingredients

 
1 tablespoon butter
 
1/4 cup olive oil
 
1 pound ground lamb
 
2 green peppers, chopped
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
1/2 cup dry white wine
 
2 large tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
 
1 pound egg noodles

Directions

1. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet. Stir in lamb and green peppers; season with salt and pepper. Brown the meat slightly, stirring occasionally.
2. Add wine and simmer until liquid is almost evaporated. Stir in tomatoes and simmer mixture 30 minutes, or until sauce is thick.
3. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Place noodles on a hot platter, pour sauce over noodles, and serve.
