Egg Nog Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Confectioner’s sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| 2 egg yolks, well-beaten | ||
| 3 tablesp. brandy | ||
| 1/2 c. light or heavy cream, whipped | ||
Directions
Stir sugar into the egg yolks.
Then beat in the brandy with a spoon.
When the mixture is smooth, fold in the cream.
If light cream is used, whip as in Whipped Light Cream, Method I.
