1 cup Planters Peanut Oil
 
1 avocado
 
Dash of salt
 
Parsley
 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
 
Tarragon
 
1 cup water

Directions

Blend oil, salt, half of avocado, and water in a blender.
Mix well.
Then add lemon juice.
More avocado may be added to thicken.
Parsley and tarragon to season.
