Egg Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked rice | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen green peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup chopped green onions | ||
Directions
Combine the sesame oil, eggs, and egg whites in a small bowl; stir well, and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot.
Add egg mixture, and stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add rice; stir-fry 3 minutes.
Add green peas, salt, and pepper; stir-fry 5 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and green onions; stir-fry 2 minutes.
